Nuestro trabajo re\u00fane a las partes interesadas en Colombia para descubrir el prop\u00f3sito del pa\u00eds a trav\u00e9s del proceso True Purpose\u00ae. Con este gran prop\u00f3sito, (lo que Colombia es y hace de manera \u00fanica, aquello con lo que contribuye a la armon\u00eda y evoluci\u00f3n del planeta), el pa\u00eds puede co-crear una manera de avanzar unidos.<\/p>\n
Desde el a\u00f1o 2014, hemos realizado 12 talleres con m\u00e1s de 120 personas colaborando para identificar el prop\u00f3sito superior de Colombia.<\/p>\n
Hay una sorprendente similitud entre las declaraciones de prop\u00f3sito, y los participantes expresan esperanza y entusiasmo por el potencial de Colombia. Despu\u00e9s de los talleres, muchos comienzan a alinear su trabajo, sus organizaciones y sus instituciones con el prop\u00f3sito superior.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 L\u00edderes juveniles
\n\u2022 Coaches, consultores y agentes de cambio en todos los sectores<\/p>\n
Tras los recientes procesos de paz en Colombia (oto\u00f1o de 2016), Transformar Colombia est\u00e1 trabajando para llegar a m\u00e1s actores involucrados en el establecimiento de la paz en todo el pa\u00eds, incluyendo miembros de las FARC y ex soldados. El proceso True Purpose\u00ae ser\u00e1 una herramienta importante para aliviar tensiones entre grupos y unificarlos a trav\u00e9s de un prop\u00f3sito superior compartido.
